About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and engaging Wellness Facilitator to deliver interactive wellness experiences onsite in the downtown Los Angeles area. As a Wellness Facilitator, you will lead a thoughtfully designed experience that blends education, creativity, and connection. Programs may include stress management workshops, mindfulness sessions, health education activities, fitness classes, and other wellness-focused events. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves working with people, feels comfortable facilitating groups, and is passionate about helping others build healthier habits in a fun and welcoming way. What You'll Do Facilitate wellness experiences and educational programs at corporate client locations Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment for participants Deliver programs using provided NOTA materials and facilitation guides Adapt your approach to meet the needs and energy of diverse audiences Set up and break down event materials as needed Gather participant feedback and share observations with the NOTA team Represent NOTA professionally and embody our mission and values Communicate proactively with the team regarding scheduling, logistics, and event outcomes Who You Are You are someone who: Enjoys connecting with people and making them feel comfortable Brings positive energy, professionalism, and strong communication skills Is dependable, organized, and punctual Feels confident speaking in front of groups Can follow a structured program while adding your own authentic presence Is adaptable and able to think on your feet Is passionate about wellness, health education, or helping others thrive Requirements Must reside in the Los Angeles area Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to travel to client locations throughout the region Willingness to complete a background check Availability for part-time, on-site assignments Ability to start immediately Preferred Qualifications Experience facilitating workshops, classes, or group activities Background in wellness, fitness, nutrition, mental health, health education, or a related field Experience working with corporate or community groups Strong storytelling and presentation skills Ability to engage participants with warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related field.
