Job Description

Monday-Friday 40 hours a week $25+ DOE The Certified Wellness Coach I (CWC) is a state-certified role created by California's Department of Health Access and Information as part of the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative. The Certified Wellness Coach I provides prevention and early intervention services to support the behavioral health and well-being of children and youth. Under the supervision of a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credentialed professional or licensed clinician, the Certified Wellness Coach I can operate in schools, as well as in school-based and community-based settings. This role also offers a career path for those interested in supporting children and youth mental health, providing consistent training for entry-level employees, and allowing them to work in the field without needing a master's degree.
  • Minimum Requirements:
