opening in the Palo Alto area for Life Skills Instructor (Life Coach).

JOB SUMMARY

Full-time position. Requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work independently. Also travel will be required to Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain view, and San Jose.

WHO WE ARE

As a coach with Compass, you will help adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through Independent Living Services. We walk beside our clients offering life skills instruction and mentorship. Every client's needs are unique to them and our teams work together to ensure each client receives the exact services they need.

ILS COACH REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to learn: no college degree is required, but must be teachable Must be excellent at scheduling and knowledgable about community resources Must have a car, insurance, valid driver's license Must pass a criminal background check See below for other requirements CPR and First Aid certification must be completed before hire (WE'LL PAY!)
