We are looking for experienced Fitness Professionals to be part of the team for this NEW fitness & wellness studio. We are looking for experienced individuals already certified in an array of related fields including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Medical Assistant, fitness instructor, and/or Massage Therapy. Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients. StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to 'Live Long'. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab's proprietary flexologist ™ training ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Develop customized flexibility programs for clients Assist with attracting and retaining StretchLab members Assist with in-studio sales efforts Attend meetings and trainings Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications:

Fitness or Wellness related certification required OR degree in kinesiology or health major OR in progress with any of the above Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Experience working in a wellness/fitness environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in engaging with new people and building client relationships Empathetic and intuitive to others' needs Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people Comfortable in a goal-driven environment Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to our attendance policies Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training We're an at-will employer, which means that while we hope it's a great long-term fit, either you or StretchLab Castro can end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with California law.
