Job Description:

ICE Safety Solutions, a leading provider of innovative CPR and Safety Training courses, is seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Safety Training Instructors. As an Safety Trainer/Instructor, your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and effective safety courses to diverse clients, including corporations, private businesses, healthcare facilities, and the general public. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workplace Health and Safety Trainer at Client locations. The Workplace Health and Safety Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on workplace health and safety practices ranging from CPR First Aid AED, Evacuation Floor Warden, Fire Extinguisher, Earthquake Preparedness, ERT CERT and other sessions pending client needs. They will facilitate interactive sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs. The trainer will also provide guidance and support to employees and management in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Workplace Health and Safety Trainer or similar role Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and evaluate training effectiveness Certification in EMT, Fire Service, Paramedic, American Heart Association and or workplace health and safety training is a plus Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other is a plus.
