We are seeking a part-time highly organized Executive Functioning Coach based in New York City that can see clients one on one as well as run social groups and programs for neurodivergent adults.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT A
minimum of 2 years of practical experience coaching on executive functioning and working with neurodivergent teens/adults Bachelor's degree in Psychology or neuroscience Comfortable running groups Background or knowledge in wellness like fitness or nutrition or yoga or martial arts a plus Must be a super high executive functioner and possess excellent self-management skills Someone who is willing to see clients during sessions but also willing to communicate outside of sessions via text and email a must. A "coachable" coach. Willing to continue learning regardless of one's current resume of experience. An empathic and good listener
RESPONSIBILITIES
Comfortable running social groups and programs for high functioning neurodivergent adults. Outgoing and engaging. Help clients find more organization, structure, and motivation in their daily tasks and goals. Help clients improve mental processes like time management, task initiation, attentional control, and self-monitoring, leading to better performance in school, work, and life. Evaluate the progress of Executive Function skill development, and provide any necessary adjustments. Update coaching sessions based on the client's challenges, responses, and current mindset. Work with other team members for supervision and general collaboration.

$70.00 - $100.00 per hour
