To be well-suited for this position, candidates must have reliable transportation and reside within the state of Colorado. This is an in-person role based out of our office, with part-time to full-time hours typically ranging from 20 to 25 hours per week and the potential to transition into a full-time position. Principal Duties and Personal Attributes -

Peer Recovery Coach:

Conduct individual and group peer coaching sessions Support clients with recovery planning, relapse prevention, housing, education, and employment needs Maintain a nonjudgmental, empathetic approach while empowering clients to find their own solutions Appropriately share lived experience to support and inspire clients

Qualifications:

Ability to work with a diverse population Experience working within or alongside peer support networks Peer Coaching certification (CCAR or equivalent) preferred Bachelor's degree required Bilingual in English and Spanish required If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and supporting individuals in their recovery journey, we encourage you to apply and join our growing team.
