Job Description
Overview A wonderful family is Northwest, DC is seeking a Newborn Care Specialist to assist with their baby ASAP. This schedule for this position will be 12-hour nights, 4-6 nights a weeks for 4 weeks. The family is hoping to find a local candidate who is available for the nights schedule. Responsibilities Evening night-time care Diaper changes Feedings Bathing Sleeping schedule/routine Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a seasoned NCS who is confident in all aspects of newborn care, including establishing routines, supporting sleep training, and guiding new parents as needed. The family is looking for someone calm, knowledgeable, and supportive who can seamlessly integrate into their home during this special time. Requirements At least 3 years of verifiable experience working as a newborn care specialist Up to date on Flu/RSV/TDap and MMR vaccinations First Aid and CPR certified Available to commit to the entire placement Excellent verifiable references Local to Northwest, DC Salary and Benefits DOE $45 per hr- flexible
