Elevate Chiropractic & Health is seeking an energetic, confident, and highly motivated Patient Success Manager (Health & Wellness Sales) to become a key leader in our growing clinic. This is not a typical office manager position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, educate patients, guide them through consultations, and help them commit to care programs that improve their health and quality of life. Compensation $22-$27 per hour based on experience Performance bonuses available Full-time position What You'll Do Oversee daily clinic operations Ensure an exceptional patient experience Answer phones and manage scheduling Follow up with leads and prospective patients Conduct Red Light Therapy consultations Educate patients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits Present and close Red Light Therapy packages Track patient progress and outcomes Support marketing and referral initiatives Coordinate with providers and staff to keep the clinic running smoothly The Ideal Candidate Loves talking to people Highly outgoing and energetic Confident presenting recommendations and asking for the sale Passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and goal-driven Thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing pricing and payment options Takes ownership and solves problems independently Preferred Experience Sales experience (required) Wellness, fitness, chiropractic, nutrition, medical spa, or healthcare experience preferred Experience closing packages or memberships preferred Experience managing staff or operations preferred Success Looks Like High conversion of red light consultations into care packages Exceptional patient satisfaction Strong retention and referrals Smooth clinic operations Growth in clinic revenue and patient results About Elevate Chiropractic & Health At Elevate, our mission is to help people restore their health, regain their energy, and unlock their full potential through chiropractic care, red light therapy, functional nutrition, and lifestyle-based healthcare.
