Assist in facilitation of client flow and coordination of all clients 3. Refer, schedule, and maintain appointments for HIV and STD testing. 4. Accurately complete required assessment forms, lab requisitions, and additional written materials 5. Collect and collate oral specimens.6. Assist in data entry and preparation of monthly reports.7.
