Job Description

Facilitate The Facts. Your Future class sessions. Ensure that program participant students complete and submit all the documentation (pre-post assessments, attendance records, demographic information required for the project.) Assist in recruiting program participants and in the outreach for adult/community workshop locations, as needed. Assist with large group youth rallies, community events and health fairs, as scheduled. Assist with the creation of social media messaging content. Assist in the research for updates pertaining to adolescent health issues, such as, but not limited to medical accuracy statistics, media influences and social environment. Meet with Program Manager and other team members on on-going basis (i.e. to de-brief class sessions, plan lessons and community events). Attend program and company trainings, meetings and events as required. Submit timesheet and programs service documentation in a correct timely manner. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong moral values as a role model for youth. Group facilitation and public speaking experience. Computer literacy - including basic MS Office, database entry, online platforms. Ability to work individually as well as part of a high performing team.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in youth development, social work, psychology, health, education, or related field preferred, but experience as a youth program staff allowable.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Available to work a flexible schedule as needed to accommodate a variety of services and community events which may occasionally occur during evenings or weekends. No disqualifying offenses on criminal background check. Reliable transportation. Personal cellphone. Excellent computer literacy skills

Bi-lingual Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
