In-Home Lactation Consultant (CLC or IBCLC) Miami & Fort Lauderdale, FL $150 per 60-Minute Visit Flexible Scheduling | Contract Position Happy Baby Night Nurses is looking to add a compassionate and knowledgeable Lactation Consultant to our growing team serving postpartum families throughout Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking Certified Lactation Counselors (CLC) and/or International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC) to provide in-home 60-minute lactation support visits for new mothers during the postpartum period. Please note - these assignments will ebb and flow! You could have 3-4 visits one month, and none the next. We are looking for someone who can be flexible as our family load can ebb and flow! Responsibilities Provide in-home breastfeeding and lactation support Assist with latch support, positioning, milk supply concerns, pumping guidance, and newborn feeding education Offer compassionate, judgment-free support to postpartum mothers Educate families on feeding goals and newborn feeding behaviors Document visit summaries and recommendations after each session Requirements Active CLC or IBCLC certification Experience working with newborns and postpartum mothers Professional, warm, and confident bedside manner Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Miami and Fort Lauderdale Flexible daytime availability preferred CPR certification preferred About Us Happy Baby Night Nurses is a premium postpartum support company that exclusively staffs Registered Nurses for overnight newborn care. Our mission is to provide exceptional support to families during the newborn stage through expert, compassionate care. This role is ideal for someone passionate about maternal wellness, infant feeding support, and helping families feel confident during the postpartum transition. Must be available for 4 visits per month, pass a clean background check, and we are looking for someone to commit to our team for at least one year.
