The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for promoting physical health, mobility, and overall well-being through expert stretching techniques and therapeutic support. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized stretching programs, and assist in delivering effective therapy sessions that enhance flexibility, reduce pain, and improve functional movement. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual mobility limitations and therapeutic needs. Develop tailored stretching routines that align with clients' health goals and physical conditions. Assist in delivering hands-on therapy sessions, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other manual techniques. Educate clients on proper stretching practices, injury prevention, and pain management strategies. Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and client feedback in compliance with health standards. Support the wellness team by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Stay informed about current trends in occupational health, physiotherapy, and med spa treatments to enhance service quality. Experience Proven experience in patient service roles within healthcare or wellness settings, preferably with med spa or occupational health backgrounds. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic practices. Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage techniques and trigger point therapy. Familiarity with pain management strategies and rehabilitation exercises tailored to individual needs. Previous work in customer service environments demonstrating excellent communication skills and client rapport building. Knowledge of anatomy knowledge applicable to stretching therapies and manual treatments. Experience working in med spas or similar wellness facilities is highly desirable but not mandatory; relevant internships are also valued.
