If you're passionate about health, wellness, fitness, recovery, and helping people feel their best, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Welcome and engage with clients and members Educate clients on our recovery modalities and their benefits Conduct tours and new client orientations Recommend memberships and packages based on client goals Assist with scheduling and client check-in/check-out Ensure intake forms and waivers are completed Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Monitor client safety and enforce wellness center guidelines Assist with social media content and engagement Qualifications Positive, professional, and outgoing personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable learning and explaining wellness and recovery modalities Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Social media experience preferred Interest in health, fitness, athletics, or wellness strongly preferred What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people High-energy personality with a great attitude Strong work ethic and integrity Must come to work with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-25 hours per week Saturday availability required (10 AM - 5 PM) Several weekday afternoon/evening shifts until 7 PM Compensation $15 per hour About R5 Wellness R5 Wellness is a locally owned recovery and wellness center featuring cold plunge, infrared sauna, red light therapy, PEMF, compression therapy, and other science-backed modalities. Our mission is to help clients recover faster, feel better, sleep better, and perform at their best.
