PT, OT, ATC, Health or Wellness Professional IMS Injury Prevention - 4.0 Alsip, IL Job Details Part-time | Contract $60 an hour 9 days ago Qualifications Spanish CPR Certification Bachelor's degree First Aid Certification Full Job Description Seeking Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Athletic Trainer, or Sports Medicine Health or Wellness Professional for part-time, contract position in the Alsip, Illinois area. The work schedule is flexible for days but requires a base amount of 4 hours per week for multiple shift coverage including early mornings or afternoon coverage. The position involves working independently in an industrial setting administering our 3E Injury Prevention Program©. The applicant would be trained in our program utilizing tutorial programs, on-line training, and hands-on training within the industrial setting.
