Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mindfulness Wellness Nutrition Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to empower individuals on their journey toward holistic health by integrating mindfulness practices, nutritional guidance, and wellness strategies. You will work closely with diverse populations, including those with disabilities or health challenges, to promote healthier lifestyles through education, motivation, and personalized support. Your expertise will help foster a positive environment where clients can achieve mental clarity, physical well-being, and sustainable habits that enhance their quality of life. Duties Develop and implement mindfulness-based wellness programs tailored to individual needs and community groups Provide nutritional counseling and education to support healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire clients toward behavior change and goal achievement Conduct public speaking engagements, workshops, and seminars to promote wellness awareness in the community Collect and analyze data related to client progress, program effectiveness, and health outcomes for continuous improvement Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans using appropriate medical terminology and documentation standards Qualifications Background in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or related health sciences with relevant certifications preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in addiction counseling environments Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly Proficiency in public speaking and facilitating group sessions on wellness topics Knowledge of Medicare regulations and medical terminology relevant to health services delivery Familiarity with nutrition principles, dietary planning, and holistic approaches to health Ability to collect data accurately and utilize it for program evaluation and reporting Join us in making a meaningful difference by guiding individuals toward healthier, more mindful lives. Pay:
$25.52 - $30.73 per hour
