We strive to increase the industrial athlete's ability to perform their job duties safely and decrease the risk of injury through early intervention in a dynamic work environment. This position will support employees through ergonomic training, education, and hands-on injury prevention strategies while partnering closely with site leadership. 7:30 AM•3:30 PM What will you be doing in this role? Providing proactive injury prevention, early intervention (EI), and medical triage support as defined by OSHA standards. Conducting ergonomic assessments and consultations in both production and office environments. Delivering stretching programs, job-specific coaching, and wellness education to employees. Supporting and participating in Medical Response Team (MRT) activities. Performing routine audits (AED, first aid supplies, burn kits, etc.) to ensure compliance and readiness. Managing and maintaining on-site wellness initiatives, including fitness center operations and programming. Leading and organizing group fitness or wellness classes. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and providing feedback to employees and leadership. Partnering with site leadership to identify trends and opportunities for injury prevention and continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field. Athletic Training certification (ATC) preferred, but not required depending on experience.
