Our goal is to make a difference in the lives of our students, the families in our program and our community. If you love working with children and would like to be a part of a growing and influential program with room for advancement, apply now. Part Time Instructor / Coach with opportunity for advancement. We are looking for upbeat, motivated and organized individuals that have a passion for working with children. A Gymnastics background is preferred but not required for all positions. Training will be provided. Evenings and weekends are required. Travel may be required for competitions depending on the position.
General:
Help ensure the safety and maintenance of activity areas to be utilized by program Develop positive relationships with students and parents Keep classes on task and moving Assist with decoration of space as needed Ensure classes begin and end on time Understand and follow [Program Name] class curriculums Ensure the distribution of information to participants as needed Attend monthly staff meetings Notify the class supervisor of any injuries and ensure proper documentation of injury reports Keep First Aid and CPR certifications current Continue to participate in trainings to enrich your instruction of our participants Expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • including, but not limited to, personal hygiene, work attire and personal social media Be familiar with company policy and follow it accordingly
Marketing:
Marketing Help promote any in-house events Instruction/Training Teach classes according to the schedule provided by your Supervisor or Manager Teach classes using the tools/curriculum provided to you by Tumble Shine See that all of your classes are properly covered in the event of your absence Keep First Aid and CPR certifications current Continue to participate in trainings to enrich your instruction of our participants
