Health Coach & Wellness Coordinator (Industrial Setting) Wellness Workdays, Inc.

- About this combined position We are seeking a passionate wellness professional/ acute care provider/ to provide ONSITE support and one-on-one health behavior change interventions for our construction client partners.
- Provide one-to-one health coaching to various trades at a construction site
- Lead stretch and flex warm-up sessions for various workers onsite
- Work closely with safety committees, union representatives and foremen to provide wellness education to the population
- Create and deploy health promotion, education, activities, and challenges
- Provide group coaching and toolbox talk presentations/public speaking
- Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software
- Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred:
Experience with construction / industrial setting Trained to provide cholesterol and blood pressure screenings Experience with motivational interviewing Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task Adept at counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds Flexibility to work with a variety of clientsQualifications and Skills Education Requirements:
BS or equivalent in exercise science or related field. This is an ONSITE role.Job Type:
