Start date is July 2026. We are looking for a full-time candidate to serve clients in and around the Boston area. Hours are 6:30 am-3:00 pm. No nights or weekends.   • About this combined position We are seeking a passionate wellness professional/ acute care provider/ to provide ONSITE support and one-on-one health behavior change interventions for our construction client partners.
You will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company's well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide one-to-one health coaching to various trades at a construction site
  • Lead stretch and flex warm-up sessions for various workers onsite
  • Work closely with safety committees, union representatives and foremen to provide wellness education to the population
  • Create and deploy health promotion, education, activities, and challenges
  • Provide group coaching and toolbox talk presentations/public speaking
  • Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software
  • Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
Experience with construction / industrial setting Trained to provide cholesterol and blood pressure screenings Experience with motivational interviewing Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task Adept at counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds Flexibility to work with a variety of clients
Qualifications and Skills Education Requirements:
BS or equivalent in exercise science or related field. This is an ONSITE role.
