• About this position We are seeking a passionate bilingual (English/Spanish) wellness professional with professional fluency in both languages to provide one-on-one health behavior change coaching.

This is a full-time onsite position. Coaching sessions will be conducted both in person at the client location and telephonically, depending on participant needs and program requirements. Coach will also assist with promoting interventions onsite at multiple client locations. Utilizing our web-based proprietary software, you will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide one-to-one onsite health coaching for employees
• Work closely with wellness committees, human resources representatives and site managers
• Create and deploying health promotion, education, activities and challenges
• Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software
• Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)

Requirements:

Demonstrated health educator experience

REQUIRED

Must speak fluent Spanish / English Speaking Exceptional interpersonal, organization and communication skills required Ability to work autonomously, and manage multiple priorities Experience working with clients and customers Strong computer skills

Preferred:

Experience with providing worksite wellness programs and/or wellness certification/formal training Knowledge of worksite wellness strategy program design and evaluation Trained to provide cholesterol and blood pressure screenings Experience with motivational interviewing techniques Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task Adept at counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds Must have confident and effective oral and written communication skills

Qualifications and Skills Education Requirements:

Required:

BS Degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Exercise Science, Community Health Education or related HEALTH field

Preferred:

Certification in worksite wellness or health coaching
