Grant Funded Stipend:

These instructors are responsible for certifying students across multiple program areas in First Aid/CPR/AED. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling training sessions, delivering course instruction, processing certification orders, and maintaining accurate documentation for all students who complete the course.

This is a grant funded stipend position, contingent on the availability and funding of Perkins, with responsibilities and compensation detailed below.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule First Aid/CPR/AED training sessions across multiple program areas. Deliver comprehensive course instruction in accordance with program standards and safety requirements. Schedule make-up sessions as needed. Certify students upon successful completion of First Aid/CPR/AED training. Order and manage student certification materials. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all completed courses and student certifications. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Career and Technical Education.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experienced in developing and providing training opportunities for students and staff. Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, through email and on the telephone.
Additional Requirements:
This position includes but is not limited to: interacting with the public, walking around the school, standing for periods, occasionally lifting and carrying items, reading documents, using a computer, listening and speaking, using office equipment, maintaining energy throughout the day, and handling stress effectively.
Terms of Employment:
Grant-funded stipend position, contingent on the availability of Perkins funding.
Effective Dates of Employment:
This is a stipend position for the 2026-2027 school year. The person who fills this position will be the contact for any relevant and important information prior to the start of the school year.
Supervisor:
Director of Career and Technical Education.
Compensation:
The total stipend for this position is $550.00 for the entire assignment.
