- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a dedicated Mental and Behavioral Health Coach to join our team as part of our Early Intervention (EI) program that supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with childcare programs and families Provide behavior coaching on site at childcare programs/family child care homes for young children with challenging behaviors Provide support and modeling regarding behavior management strategies Provide support, training, and resources regarding classroom management techniques Assist in the development and implementation of individual behavior support plansQualifications:
Requires an Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field Experience working with young children with challenging behaviors and/or mental health issuesValid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule:
