Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Full-Time | Salaried | School-Based | Hybrid
- The Stepping Stones Group is hiring a
- Behavior Coach (BCBA)
- to support Baltimore-area public schools. This role focuses on strengthening Tier I & Tier II classroom systems, coaching educators, and building proactive, engagement-driven learning environments.
- What You'll Do
- Conduct classroom observations using the ABLEâ„¢ assessment
- Provide data-driven coaching to educators
- Model proactive classroom management strategies
- Support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Use the Insightâ„¢ platform to track progress and guide coaching
- Partner with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systems
- Participate in PD days and school-based problem-solving when appropriate
- Contribute to training, systems development, and data projects (remote during holidays/summer)
- What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active BCBA + Maryland LBA
- Experience in school-based behavior systems or instructional coaching
- Strong data fluency and ability to influence adult practice
- Mission-driven mindset with commitment to equity and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Schedule & Work Model
- Full-time, salaried position
- 8-hour days aligned to the school calendar
- On-site during the school year
- Remote during holidays/summer for special projects
- Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
- $95,000-$110,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise in professional development delivery, educator coaching, and systems-level implementation)
- Incentives may be offered (sign-on or completion)
