Job Description

Behavior Coach (BCBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Full-Time | Salaried | School-Based | HybridThe Stepping Stones Group is hiring a Behavior Coach (BCBA) to support Baltimore-area public schools. This role focuses on strengthening Tier I & Tier II classroom systems, coaching educators, and building proactive, engagement-driven learning environments.

What You'll DoConduct classroom observations using the ABLEâ„¢ assessmentProvide data-driven coaching to educatorsModel proactive classroom management strategiesSupport trauma-informed and culturally responsive practicesUse the Insightâ„¢ platform to track progress and guide coachingPartner with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systemsParticipate in PD days and school-based problem-solving when appropriateContribute to training, systems development, and data projects (remote during holidays/summer)
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Active BCBA + Maryland LBAExperience in school-based behavior systems or instructional coachingStrong data fluency and ability to influence adult practiceMission-driven mindset with commitment to equity and trauma-informed careExcellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skillsSchedule & Work ModelFull-time, salaried position8-hour days aligned to the school calendarOn-site during the school yearRemote during holidays/summer for special projects
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
$95,000-$110,000 (Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise in professional development delivery, educator coaching, and systems-level implementation)Incentives may be offered (sign-on or completion)10 days PTO401(k)Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsPossible School SitesYou may be placed at one or multiple Baltimore schools, such as:
