Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and organized Wellness Coordinator to lead and support Team wellness initiatives across our company. This role will focus on promoting overall well-being while striving to create a healthy, engaged workplace culture for all Team Members. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and promote Team Member wellness programs and initiatives Organize wellness events, challenges, health screenings, and educational workshops Support Team engagement and recognition programs Partner with HR and Leadership teams to improve workplace morale and culture Communicate wellness resources, benefits, and support services to Team Members Track participation and program effectiveness through reporting and feedback Assist with onboarding activities and Team appreciation events Help foster a safe and positive work environment Qualifications Previous experience in wellness coordination, human resources, Team engagement, or related field preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with Team Members across multiple departments Self-motivated with strong event planning and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Passion for Team well-being and workplace culture The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
