This position will be located at 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101. Why you'll love this position: The Missouri Health Science Education section intended to assist health science educators across the state who teach at the secondary, adult, and/or postsecondary level. Health Science Education includes a variety of programs that promote health career opportunities to students. Responsibilities - What you'll do Program Leadership & Curriculum Development Supervise health science education curriculum development, implementation, and professional development. Consult with school districts to promote, initiate, develop, and evaluate health science education programs that reinforce academic learning and integrate workforce and college readiness. Apply knowledge of principles, practices, instructional methods, and current trends in health science education. Student Organization Leadership (Missouri HOSA-Future Health Professionals) Serve as Missouri HOSA state advisor and international liaison in accordance with state and section policies and procedures. Plan and execute statewide Missouri HOSA events. Manage all fiscal activities related to Missouri HOSA. Collaborate with other career and technical student organizations to support shared initiatives and activities. Full job description available upon request. Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
Three or more years' experience of any combination of teaching, coordinating, or supervision of related health care or educational systems. Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
