Job Description

Additional Information About the Role BJC Corporate Health provides health and wellness coaching services to community members and BJC employees, supporting healthy lifestyle changes and the management of chronic conditions through individualized coaching and action planning. In this role, you will conduct and support basic health screenings, answer participant questions, and provide guidance on available wellness resources and next steps. This PRN role requires a high degree of flexibility , as work schedules and locations vary based on organizational requests, community events, and screening needs. Certified Wellness Coach credential (e.g., ACE, NBH-WC, or equivalent program with NBHWC-recognized training) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for assisting with set-up and delivery of health promotion and screening programs which establish an information exchange process with consumers. Responsibilities Assists in the delivery, development and instruction of health promotion classes, lectures, screening, and immunization programs. Assists with development of class objectives and educational handouts. Sets up, delivers, and breaks down after community and corporate events. Ensures accurate tracking of program participants including follow-up of screening participants and reports results to department manager.
