Our mission is to empower individuals to prioritize self-care, preventive wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices through personalized and compassionate care. We are seeking a passionate, client-centered Certified Health Practitioner or Holistic Health Practitioner to join our growing wellness team. Position Summary The Certified Health Practitioner/Holistic Health Practitioner will provide wellness-focused services designed to support clients' physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in holistic wellness approaches and committed to helping clients achieve their wellness goals through education, coaching, and holistic therapies. Responsibilities Conduct client wellness consultations and assessments Develop personalized wellness recommendations and support plans Provide health and wellness coaching services Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle modification, stress management, and preventive wellness practices Deliver holistic wellness services within scope of training and certification Maintain accurate client documentation and session notes Participate in community wellness events, health fairs, workshops, and educational programs Promote wellness services through professional networking and community outreach Maintain professional, ethical, and client-centered standards of care Preferred Areas of Expertise Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: Holistic Health Coaching Integrative Wellness Lifestyle Medicine Stress Management Mindfulness and Meditation Nutrition Education Herbal Wellness Aromatherapy Wellness Program Development Preventive Health Education Qualifications Certification as a Health Practitioner, Holistic Health Practitioner, Health Coach, Integrative Health Practitioner, Wellness Practitioner, or related credential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Current certifications relevant to services provided Passion for holistic wellness and helping others achieve their health goals What We Offer Flexible scheduling Commission-based earning potential Professional and supportive wellness environment Opportunity to build and grow your client base Marketing support through the practice Opportunities to participate in workshops, community events, and wellness programs Collaborative multidisciplinary wellness team Compensation This position is compensated on a commission basis.
