Every day, you will proactively engage with clients, assessing their needs and identifying pathways to care and support. You'll connect individuals to relevant health, social, educational, and employment resources, providing guidance and practical assistance to overcome logistical barriers. To be successful in this role, you will possess a profound understanding of diverse community needs, exceptional problem-solving abilities, empathy, and resilience. Your dedication to empowering clients and removing barriers to care will be paramount. Conducts classes within the defined curriculum. Keeps accurate class logs and submits information to the Manager/Supervisor. Conducts classes in an orderly and timely manner. Starts promptly and finishes on time. Maintains competence and instructional skills through attendance of continuing education programs or specialty certification. Provides maternity tours at designated locations and times. Reviews/revises curriculum with Manager/Supervisor as needed. Job Requirements Required High School Graduate General Studies High School GED General Studies Preferred experience in the field of education or obstetric experience as CNA, OB Tech or LPN or inactive RN with previous obstetric experience Where You'll Work CHI Health St. Elizabeth, founded by the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration in 1889, is a full-service, 260-bed, nonprofit regional medical center in Lincoln, Neb. St. Elizabeth specializes in the treatment areas of newborn and pediatric care, women's health, burn and wound, cardiology, oncology, emergency medicine, orthopedics and neuroscience. Pay Range $18.06 - $25.51 /hour
