Lead Stretch Practitioner Stretch Recovery Lounge - Bridgewater Are you passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and recover faster? Do you have experience working in a stretch studio and enjoy building relationships with clients? Stretch Recovery Lounge - Bridgewater is looking for an energetic and motivated Stretch Practitioner to join our team. This role is a combination of hands-on assisted stretching and client engagement , where you will deliver high-quality stretch sessions while also helping guide clients toward the right services and memberships. You will play an important role in both client results and studio growth by providing exceptional care and supporting sales and client acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide assisted stretching sessions tailored to individual client needs Assess clients' flexibility, mobility, and posture to create personalized stretching plans Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and proper movement techniques Build strong relationships with clients to encourage consistency and long-term wellness Confidently discuss services, packages, and memberships with clients based on their needs Support client acquisition and retention through excellent service and follow-up Assist with converting new clients into recurring members through education and results Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all clients Ensure client safety and comfort throughout each session Keep accurate client records and track progress over time Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the studio Stay updated on the latest stretching and recovery techniques Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on assisted stretching experience required Experience working at another stretch studio strongly preferred Comfortable performing assisted stretching sessions independently Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and helping clients select the right plan Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to build rapport and trust with clients Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Must be comfortable with hands-on client work in a professional setting Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus)
