Coach Kaizen Fitness - 5.0 Hackensack, NJ Job Details Full-time $26 - $33 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Professional networking Client rapport building Sports coaching Fitness sales Continuous improvement Full Job Description Job Overview Kaizen is seeking a results-driven Coach to deliver high-level personal training, semi-private coaching, client assessments, and customized programming within a fast-paced, high-energy fitness environment. This role is responsible for driving client results through intentional coaching, accountability, and elevated member experience while embodying Kaizen's culture of continuous improvement, purpose-driven coaching, and excellence. The ideal candidate builds strong client relationships, supports retention, and creates transformational experiences from consultation through long-term progress. Duties Deliver exceptional personal training and semi-private coaching sessions Perform client assessments, consultations, movement screens, and goal reviews Design customized training programs based on client goals, lifestyle, and progress Track client performance, body composition, habits, and transformation milestones Maintain weekly accountability check-ins and consistent progress follow-ups Build strong client relationships that improve retention and long- term adherence Modify programming based on injuries, plateaus, and lifestyle factors Meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas, package sales goals, and client retention KPIs Conduct assessments, consultations and confidently sell Kaizen training packages, memberships, and coaching services Recruit and build a personal client roster through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and personal brand visibility Convert assessments, consultations, and trial sessions into long-term coaching clients
Pay:
$26.00 - $33.00 per hour
