Wellness & Longevity Experience Coordinator About Soma Theory Soma Theory is a modern wellness, recovery, and longevity studio dedicated to helping clients optimize their health through innovative therapies, recovery modalities, and personalized wellness experiences. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, elevated environment where every client feels supported, educated, and empowered on their wellness journey. We are seeking energetic, professional, and personable individuals to join our team as Wellness & Longevity Experience Coordinators. This role is ideal for those with backgrounds in fitness, personal training, wellness, hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations who enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences. Position Overview As a Wellness & Longevity Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play an integral role in delivering an exceptional studio experience. You will help manage daily operations, educate clients on our services, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and support the growth of our wellness community. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, highly personable, and passionate about health, fitness, recovery, and longevity. Responsibilities- Client Experience Welcome and assist check in clients with professionalism and enthusiasm Build meaningful relationships with members and guests Answer questions regarding studio services, memberships, wellness therapies, and recovery modalities Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive experience Assist clients with scheduling appointments and navigating their wellness plans Studio Operations Manage appointment scheduling and daily studio flow Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Assist with membership management Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Support inventory management as needed and notify leadership when supplies are running low Sales & Member Engagement Educate clients on memberships, packages, retail products, and studio offerings Assist with retail merchandise sales and product recommendations Promote upcoming events, workshops, and community initiatives Help create a welcoming and engaging studio atmosphere that encourages client retention Facility & Modality Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio Clean and sanitize wellness and recovery modalities between client use Ensure treatment rooms and common areas meet Soma Theory's cleanliness standards Assist in maintaining a professional and elevated studio environment Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members Maintain a reliable work schedule and provide advance notice when time off is needed Support teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive workplace culture Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational opportunities Qualifications/Preferred Experience Front desk experience in a gym, wellness center, fitness studio, medical office, spa, or hospitality setting Personal trainers, fitness professionals, exercise science students, wellness enthusiasts, and healthcare-adjacent professionals are encouraged to apply Experience with customer service, sales, membership management, or client relations Desired Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and high-energy personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable discussing wellness, recovery, fitness, and longevity services Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn What We're Looking For The right candidate is someone who: Naturally creates connections with people Is passionate about health, fitness, recovery, and wellness Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment Brings positive energy to every shift Is dependable, accountable, and collaborative Wants to grow with an expanding wellness and longevity company Schedule Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Weekday, evening, and weekend availability preferred Flexible scheduling opportunities Compensation & Benefits Starting at New York State Minimum Wage Employee discounts on Soma Theory services and retail products Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding wellness company Ongoing education in wellness, recovery, and longevity therapies Positive, team-oriented work environment Join the Soma Theory Team!
