Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable Naturopath to join our retail team. You will be the face of wellness in our store. You will guide customers on their health journeys by providing expert, evidence-based advice on natural supplements, lifestyle changes, and holistic health.
Key Responsibilities Customer Consultations:
Conduct informal, in-store assessments to understand customer health goals.
Product Guidance:
Recommend vitamins, supplements, and herbs tailored to customer needs.
Education:
Host monthly in-store wellness workshops or educational mini-sessions for the community.
Merchandising:
Ensure the wellness section is clean, organized, and stocked with high-quality products.
Content Creation:
Write evidence-based articles, health tips, and product spotlights for the monthly email newsletter.
Social Media Presence:
Film short, engaging videos (e.g., reels or TikToks) demonstrating product uses or sharing quick wellness tips
Community Outreach:
Partner with local gyms, corporate offices, or community centers to host external wellness seminars that drive foot traffic back to the store
Qualifications Education:
Degree or Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy or Nutritional Medicine.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail health or clinical consulting.
Communication:
Exceptional listening and communication skills to simplify complex health topics.
Availability:
Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
