Part-time If you enjoy working with kids but want a more active, coaching-style role — this is for you. This is not team or sports coaching . Coaches work directly with 2-3 students at a time in a structured, active environment using movement-based and cognitive exercises. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Naturally engaging and interactive Comfortable leading and guiding students Able to bring consistent energy and presence Positive, but also structured and focused Someone who enjoys being active, not passive This is a great fit for: Former athletes or coaches High-energy college or grad students Education majors, teachers, or future teachers who enjoy active, hands-on work with students Individuals who enjoy working with kids in a structured, engaging environment Responsibilities Lead students through sensory, motor, and cognitive exercises Actively coach and encourage students throughout sessions Maintain focus, structure, and flow on the floor Build rapport while maintaining leadership and direction Track student progress using iPad-based systems Support setup, cleanup, and organization of the center Communicate effectively with the Lead Coach and team Core Values Integrity | Aligned | Intentional | Disciplined | Accountable | Solution Focused | Results Oriented | Relational These values guide how we show up for our students, families, and each other every day. What about that type of environment excites you, and how would you naturally show up in that setting? This position requires working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings until 8:00pm. Are you fully available and able to consistently commit to this schedule? This role is hands-on and requires being on your feet and actively coaching throughout sessions.
