Coaches conduct back-to-back coaching conversations, providing education, support, and motivation to help members progress toward their health goals while following established workflows and documentation standards.

Must be open to any shift between the hours of 10:30am - 9:00pm CST . It is required to work every fourth Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm

CST Training:

Training will be a duration of 6 weeks from 8am - 4:30pm CST •_•Due to the structured training schedule, new hires are unable to miss any days of training._•

Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$21.50 or $25 including certification through NBC - HWC or CHES only The Certified Health Coach is part of a multi-disciplinary team that is responsible for improving both the individual health and wellness of program participants and the overall health status of a client's population. The Certified Health Coach is an integral part of an overall client specific Health and Care Support Team that engages and supports members with improving lifestyles and behaviors that put them "at risk" of developing chronic or disease conditions. The Certified Health Coach looks to be a positive change agent in helping members alter behaviors that lead to better health and reduction / elimination of identified risk factors. A Certified Health Coach is supervised by a Manager Coaching Operations.
