Most students are moving fast but not necessarily forward — checking boxes, scrolling through life on autopilot, chasing dreams that feel hollow. There's another way to live, and we think it should start on campus. World On Purpose is a conscious lifestyle platform helping young people get off autopilot and start living intentionally — through the Telos app, a pocket journal, and campus chapters where students lead the change their schools need. We're building our founding cohort of Campus Chapter Leaders. Six students. One real chance to start something that's never existed at your school before. What you'll actually do You'll be one of six people building a chapter from scratch — hosting journaling meetups, group hikes in nature, sober dance parties, talks on spirituality, and self-discovery workshops. Conscious events, real community, meaningful impact.

Pick the role that fits:

Connector — You rally people. You'll own community growth, partnerships, and recruiting. You'll receive additional training on how to hold space, coach others and lead events. Storyteller — You capture moments. You'll own content and the story of your chapter. You'll receive training on digital storytelling, filming, and content creation. Builder — You make things run. You'll own operations, planning, and chapter health. You'll receive training on how to organize a team, measure impact, set up AI workflows, and more. Each role comes with real responsibility and, with our support, an opportunity to build skills you'd only otherwise get as an entrepreneur. It's a founding role in a movement that's just beginning — and you'd be among the first students anywhere to help shape it. Direct mentorship from our founder — a professional coach, breathwork facilitator, and social entrepreneur who will be visiting your campus to work alongside you.
