Job Description

North Metro Psychological Services (NMPS) is a thriving private-pay group practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychological services to children, teens, and adults. We are seeking an Executive Functioning Coach to join our busy and collaborative team. About Us At NMPS, we specialize in psychological assessment, therapy, and coaching, with a strong focus on supporting neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism) and those experiencing academic, organizational, and life-management challenges. We value a warm, professional, and collaborative environment where clients feel understood and supported. Role & Responsibilities The Executive Functioning Coach will provide individualized support to clients in developing practical strategies and skills to improve daily functioning.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with clients (children, adolescents, and/or adults) to build strategies for organization, time management, task initiation, study skills, planning, and prioritization Collaborating with psychologists, therapists, parents. Helping clients set realistic goals, track progress, and build confidence in their ability to manage responsibilities Providing practical tools and resources tailored to each client's needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred Prior experience in executive functioning coaching, academic coaching, and working with neurodivergent individuals is required Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Comfort working independently as well as part of a collaborative team Flexible scheduling and reliability Position Details Independent contractor position with flexible scheduling Competitive pay with steady referral flow from our busy practice Opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and therapists If you are passionate about helping individuals thrive by building real-world skills and strategies, we would love to hear from you!
