In this role, you will offer lactation support, and educational assistance to mothers and their families as they navigate the early stages of parenthood. Your expertise will help promote confidence in nursing, feeding strategies, and postpartum preparation. Responsibilities Breastfeeding and chestfeeding support Bottle feeding guidance Pumping education and support Latch and positioning assistance Infant feeding assessments and education Support families during intake processes, gathering relevant information, and documenting care plans accurately Create a nurturing environment that promotes healing, confidence, and family bonding during the postpartum period Qualifications CLC or IBCLC certification Proven infant care experience Excellent communication skills for effective intake procedures and family education Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to support new families through their transition Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification Willingness to provide references Join us in empowering new families during one of life's most joyful yet challenging times!
