Job Description

ETI Group USA provides high-quality professional training and certification programs to clients across industries. As demand for our Lean Six Sigma courses continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Lean Six Sigma Black Belt sub-contractor to deliver engaging, impactful classes to our participants.
ONLINE AND IN PERSON
Role Overview:
The instructor will lead public Lean Six Sigma Black Belt courses attended by professionals from manufacturing, service and healthcare organizations. This role requires both expert knowledge and strong teaching ability to ensure participants gain the skills and confidence to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies in real-world environments.
Responsibilities:
Teach public Lean Six Sigma Black Belt classes using our established curriculum and training materials. Deliver concepts clearly to diverse audiences with varied experience levels. Guide participants through examples, exercises, and hands-on application. Provide coaching and support for participants completing certification projects (if applicable). Contribute ideas to enhance course content, delivery, and participant engagement. Maintain a professional, client-focused learning environment.
Qualifications:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred). Demonstrated experience teaching Lean Six Sigma to adult learners, preferably in a public or open-enrollment setting. Strong understanding of Lean, DMAIC, statistical analysis, and process improvement tools. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and classroom-management skills. Experience with JMP or similar statistical software.
Preferred Experience:
Prior delivery of public or multi-organization Lean Six Sigma classes. Industry-diverse project leadership experience. Ability to adjust teaching style to varying learner backgrounds.
