The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating online parenting education classes, providing valuable guidance and support to parents, and fostering a positive learning environment. This is a hybrid position working at Women's Center Forest Park and working from home. 2 days in the office, 2 in the evening. The days of the week are negotiable Part time 20-23 hours/week. Key Responsibilities Facilitate engaging and interactive online parenting education classes using the supplied laptop and virtual call platforms. Deliver educational content that supports parents in enhancing their parenting skills. Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding. Maintain discipline and professionalism during virtual sessions. Work collaboratively with team members to improve program delivery and participant experience. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure. Demonstrate a strong personal motivation and a servant's attitude in supporting families and the community. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in parenting education or related fields. Ability to facilitate online classes confidently and effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Well disciplined and a self-starter who can work independently. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. Proficient in using a laptop and virtual communication tools for online sessions. Efficient time management skills. Strong personal motivation and a servant's attitude towards helping others.
