Job Description

Pulsecore Solutions, LLC is seeking motivated and professional instructors to join our growing mobile training team. We provide on-site CPR, AED, and First Aid education throughout Rhode Island and surrounding areas. Position Type Independent Contractor (1099) As-Needed / Per Diem Flexible Scheduling Two positions available Position Overview Instructors will deliver mobile on-site training programs for healthcare providers, businesses, schools, and community organizations. Training assignments are offered to our instructor team on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability and geographic location.
Qualifications Preferred:
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor certification Previous CPR, emergency response, EMS, nursing, respiratory therapy, healthcare education, or related instructional experience Healthcare experience in a role where CPR and emergency response skills are utilized Strong public speaking and presentation skills Ability to engage learners of varying backgrounds and experience levels Qualified candidates who are not currently instructor-certified may be considered for sponsorship toward instructor certification. Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Rhode Island, Southern Massachusetts, and Eastern Connecticut Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to transport and set up training equipment as needed Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally Compensation Pay varies by assignment and course type Opportunities are offered based on training demand and instructor availability Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process Equipment & Materials Company training equipment and instructional supplies are available for instructor use during scheduled courses What We Offer Flexible work opportunities Supportive instructor team environment Opportunity to teach diverse audiences across the region Pathway to instructor certification for well qualified candidates who are not currently certified Pulsecore Solutions, LLC is committed to providing high-quality, engaging training programs that prepare individuals and organizations to respond confidently during emergencies.
