What You'll Do Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with older adults and their families. Facilitate outings, appointments, social engagements, hobbies, exercise, and community involvement. Support clients with daily routines while preserving dignity, independence, and choice. Observe and communicate changes in cognitive, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Collaborate with the COVE team to deliver highly personalized lifestyle support and care. Who Thrives at COVE Our strongest Care Partners often come from backgrounds such as: Nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, and other healthcare professions. Medical, nursing, PA, OT, PT, psychology, and social work students. Recent graduates in psychology, communications, sociology, hospitality, education, recreation therapy, or related fields. Luxury hospitality, concierge, customer experience, and wellness professionals. Regardless of background, successful Care Partners are warm, polished, dependable, curious, and deeply people-oriented.
