Spanish-speaking Bilingual Public Speaker/Educator/Trainer for Play it Safe! The Women's Center of Tarrant County Fort Worth, TX Job Details Part-time $24.83 - $25.83 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Public speaking Employee relationship building Bachelor's degree Relationship management Training Quality data entry Full Job Description Spanish-speaking Bilingual Public Speaker/Educator/Trainer Part-Time, 2026-2027 School Year Play It Safe!® Community Education Dynamic bilingual Spanish/English public speakers needed! The Women's Center is seeking part-time, variable hour Trainers to present a unique prevention program to school-aged children in Tarrant County. Utilizing the scripted Play it Safe!® curriculum, speakers will deliver programs on topics of child sexual and physical abuse.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide training on personal safety to school-age children, using the Play it Safe!® curriculum
  • Travel throughout Tarrant County to provide trainings to various schools
  • Collect statistical data and input it, accurately and timely, into an online system
  • Attend required staff meetings
  • Maintain relationships with school staff and personnel
  • Promote The Women's Center's mission through professional actions and words
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years experience in public speaking or training
  • Ability to connect with school-aged children
  • Minimum 3-day commitment per week, with ability to work full school day
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance working independently and with a team, collect, and input data
  • Ability to function in a non-profit setting focused on ending sexual assault
  • Spanish-speaking reading and speaking fluency required Hiring now, paid training in August, and program presentations start in September.
