 Covenant Children's Hospital Health Coach, Lubbock As a Health Coach you will be responsible for guiding a self-discovery process which entails (but is not limited to): assessing wellness then readiness to change and confidence of a client, coaching to that level of readiness and confidence, and co-creating a wellness vision including SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals while helping to identify potential or existing obstacles and developing strategies to overcome those obstacles. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise, Sport Science, Kinesiology, or another related field of study

Pay Range:

 $ 20.43 - $ 31.27 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
