As a Skills Trainer, you'll work hands-on with residents to build independence, strengthen communication and social skills, and promote daily living activities that foster self-esteem and connection. You'll be part of a caring team that values respect, inclusion, and individualized support for every person we serve. ?? What You'll Do Provide person-centered training to help residents develop life, social, and self-care skills Support residents in participating in community activities, recreation, and wellness programs Model and encourage positive behavior, communication, and independence Work closely with nursing staff, therapists, and case managers to ensure consistent support Document progress, goals, and activities according to care plans and regulatory requirements Celebrate every success - big or small - and bring a positive presence to each day ??
