Health Coach

DexaFit Round Rock is seeking an energetic Health Coach to join the team. Health Coaches administer tests that provide clients with body composition scans and comprehensive metabolic analysis, giving them a clear and accurate picture of their health. Clients typically include individuals with weight loss goals, women navigating menopause-related changes, and extreme fitness enthusiasts striving to optimize their performance. As a key team member, the Health Coach will guide clients through their results, helping them understand body composition, metabolism, and overall health metrics. Beyond testing, this role plays an important part in coaching and supporting clients on their wellness journey by offering insights and personalized recommendations based on their data. Training is provided to successful applicants. No travel is necessary for this role, and relocation assistance is not available. The ideal candidate should also be willing to work on weekends and be expected to open and close the facility as needed. Hours are subject to change based on business needs. Hourly pay:

$16 Expected hours: 25-35 hours per week or more. Responsibilities Operate healthcare equipment for metabolic analysis, including Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 max testing. Administer body composition, RMR, and VO2 max assessments using DEXA technology. Manage and maintain equipment to ensure precise, high-quality outcomes. Orient clients before examinations, explain procedures, and answer questions. Keep accurate records and documentation according to established guidelines. Comply with safety standards and procedures to protect client and staff safety. Participate in occasional social media videos. Attend continuing education as necessary. Recommend relevant DexaFit services to clients. Maintain key KPIs for the position. Open the facility at 6:30 am when scheduled. Support weekend operations as scheduled. Take on additional responsibilities as needed. Hours and scheduling may change based on business needs.
