At Forte Strong, you'll model a healthy, active lifestyle, working out alongside students to build not just their strength but your own physical and mental well-being. This role offers a rare chance to grow personally and professionally while helping young men navigate their path to self-reliance. You'll participate in daily scheduled activities, provide one-on-one and group coaching, and collaborate with a passionate team of mental health professionals to shape lives while refining your own skills in leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence. Join students in program activities, from outdoor excursions to group challenges, fostering camaraderie and real-world learning.

Engage with students daily in one-on-one and group settings, creating trust and sparking meaningful change.
Track Progress :
Evaluate students' weekly growth in financial literacy, therapeutic goals, and independent living skills, celebrating their milestones. Support the
Team :
Assist fellow coaches with tasks, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Attend daily team meetings and weekly coach training sessions to refine your skills and share feedback for collective improvement. Live the
Example :
Model a vibrant, healthy lifestyle—physically and mentally—that inspires students to follow suit, including working out together to build strength and discipline. Skills Craft clear, concise written communication to document progress and inspire change. Maintain professional boundaries while building authentic rapport with students and staff. Leverage technology (e.g., computer software) to streamline tasks and stay organized. Master active listening and reflection to connect deeply with students. Build trust and inspire growth through exceptional rapport-building skills. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience working with adolescents or young adults (preferred, but passion and potential matter most). High school diploma or GED (preferred); college degrees in psychology, communication, or leadership are a plus but not required. Outstanding communication skills to connect, inspire, and guide. Must pass a background check (no drug-related or sexual misconduct charges). Must pass a drug test. Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid and Crisis De-escalation certifications (fully provided and paid for by Forte Strong). Review and adhere to the Provider Code of Conduct. Hold an active driver's license with reliable transportation to join students in community and outdoor activities. Why Forte Strong?
