What You'll Do (and Why You'll Love It) Lead Transformational Stretch Sessions Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretches using proven techniques that boost flexibility, relieve tension, and enhance daily function. Be a Movement Mentor Educate clients about their bodies—sharing knowledge on mobility, posture, recovery, and performance that builds trust and inspires progress. Build Real Relationships Your empathy and enthusiasm keep clients coming back. You'll make people feel seen, heard, and supported in every session. Be a Studio Star Help first-timers become forever fans. Support studio events, partner with sales, and represent our mission in everything you do. What Makes You a Great Fit You're more than a fitness pro—you're a body movement enthusiast with the drive to change lives. You Must Have one of the Following or currently in the process of obtaining: A degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or related field. A current certification for Personal Training. Credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Dance or any movement training. You can be in the process of obtaining these degrees, certifications, or credentials. It is a Plus if you.. Have 1+ year experience working directly with clients in fitness, therapy or wellness. Possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and functional movement. Bring a positive, professional, and energetic presence to work! Communicate with clarity, confidence and care.
