JOB SUMMARY
With minimal supervision, provide individual and family support services, teach classes, organize and implement the patient education programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
4 Year/Bachelor's Degree, BSN required.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working with children and families. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
Licensure:
N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
Individual must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision. Position requires flexible work schedule to accommodate needs of job.

The job requires frequent sitting and standing, occasional walking, and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
