We help clients extend healthspan through data-driven, precision medicine. We are building a brand that challenges the standard model of healthcare, and community is central to that mission. The Role We are hiring a Community Manager to own two connected workstreams: growing and engaging Optispan's external audience on social media, and supporting internal client engagement between visits. This is an execution role with a defined cadence. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialist, Healthspan Coach, and Clinic Director. Key Responsibilities Social Media and Community Monitor Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook daily for trends, conversations, and content opportunities in the longevity and preventive health space Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across Optispan's social channels on a consistent cadence Set up and manage paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) focused on follower growth and inbound interest Support the Clinic Director's LinkedIn presence by drafting comments, replies, and engagement suggestions in her voice Surface podcast guest ideas, episode topics, and competitor content worth tracking or responding to Client Engagement Support Monitor active client dashboards (Oura, CGM, biomarkers, lifestyle metrics) and flag clients who need outreach per defined criteria Draft personalized check-in emails and messages for the Healthspan Coach and Clinic Director to review and send Execute milestone touchpoints (birthdays, program anniversaries, pre/post-travel) using approved templates Document all flagged clients, drafted outreach, and completed communications in the EMR and CRM Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality across all workflows Qualifications 2+ years in social media, community management, or a client-facing brand role Fluency across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Facebook including engagement, listening, and analytics Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across contexts Comfortable learning new technology platforms including EHR, CRM, and wearable data dashboards High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client information Preferred Background in health, wellness, fitness, or a healthcare-adjacent environment Familiarity with wearable platforms such as Oura or CGM Interest in longevity, preventive medicine, and behavior change
